The position
Mobileye is leading the global evolution toward a smarter, safer driverless future.
Mobileye operates in few locations in Israel and around the world.
Facility management is part of Mobileye operations division, providing corporate services in Haifa.
The facility is currently in Matam Haifa in four separate buildings. It’s includes dealing with office requirements and multiple labs and vehicles.
What will your job look like:
Full responsibility of the site facility to high performance standards.
Daily full time, five days a week onsite work. 24/7 responsibility on site as first point of contact.
Manage the day-to-day safety, security, site maintenance, cleaning, cafeteria, logistic, and other site services.
Build yearly plans of all maintenance and projects plans and execution.
Manage safety and regulation requirements, and meeting all required standards.
Manage employees and contractors and service providers for the site.
Work directly with stakeholders to provide the required services.
Work with external key members like the landlord and municipality.
All you need is:
At least 5 years experience in managing teams and projects.
Proven experience as facility manager with proven experience in managing budgets and building work plans.
Bachelor academic degree.
Prior experience in working with diverse interfaces and/or work in a global organization.
Leader, self-motivated and ability to work independently.
Service oriented, positive, proactive, and constructive approach.
Team player with excellent and clear communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate reports from different sources and analyze them.
Fluent English capabilities in writing, reading, and speaking.
Possible mobility within Israeli company sites as needed.
Qualified electrician and/or handyman maintenance – advantage.
