Responsibilities
* Ensure that the work environment and its facilities operate properly and are maintained to a high standard.
* Plan, coordinate and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
* Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services, repairs, and renovations.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, handle maintenance budgets, perform analysis and forecasting.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards for all sites of the company.
* Respond promptly to emergency situations or urgent maintenance issues outside of regular working hours.
* Collaborate with other departments to coordinate office layout changes, renovations, or others.
?Requirements And Skills
* At least [4] years of proven experience in facility management or related field, preferable from high-tech global company.
* Excellent communication – both in Hebrew and English
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional global environment.
* High proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
