Supervise and oversee tests and experiments conducted with automotive radars.
Create and manage tests and experiment plans.
Interact with multidisciplinary R&D teams to thoroughly understand their testing needs and requirements, as well as provide progress status.
Strive for continuous improvement in the quality of testing processes from a technical standpoint.
Provide technical assistance and support to project teams when needed to optimize testing processes and achieve project goals.
Operational efficiency and optimization of managing tests on time.
Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, considering urgency, employee capacity, and available tools.
Plan and arrange the experiments with internal and external suppliers.

An academic or professional degree is required, industrial eng preferred
Background in project management or with planning and conducting experiments advantage.

Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
