In this position, you will be a key member of the product System and Architecture team responsible for delivering best-in-class storage drive for mobile, automotive, and connected-home products.
You will work closely with several R&D teams within ASIC, Hardware, and Firmware, and have substantial impact on the Frontend Architecture of next generation products.

Responsibilities
Multidisciplinary work with all teams in a matrix management structure
Design and implement requirements for complex systems and subsystems
Determine specs and working parameters for ASIC / FW compatibility
Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of the overall system
Identify and resolve product deficiencies
Analyze new technologies, and drive of design decisions based on both empirical and theoretical data
Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical / Computer Engineering
7+ years of experience in development of embedded systems
5+ years of experience working with high-speed SerDes circuits
Hands-on experience in Firmware – advantage
Experience in ASIC design advantage
Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
Work effectively as a team member, both locally and across the organization
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
Ability to travel
