We are a fun, fast-paced company, looking for an A-Player who is a highly efficient, motivated, self-directed, resourceful, results-oriented person, with a sense of humor,to be the Executive Assistant to our leader and support our team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Personal assistant to CEO
Managing company calendar, along with client communication
Coordinating and managing all aspects of travel arrangements
Support team with Platform management and file sharing
Assist COO with tasks and projects such as client onboarding
Requirements:
Possess a high level of interpersonal savvy, intuition, and common sense.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and effective at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with a professional and confident manner- both verbal and written. Also able to communicate in Hebrew, occasionally.
Proficient in basic IT, Google products and web based platforms – not afraid to learn new technology.
Ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
Can think out of the box and creatively problem solve.
Can effectively navigate ambiguity, take initiative and make independent decisions.
Can appreciate the natural strengths inherent in an ADHD leader and happily embraces the accompanying challenges with humor and compassion.
This is a work from home position, atzmai, hourly position (with occasional team meetups)
