The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and entering data into our system, ensuring that all relevant information is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
This role involves handling rate sheets, uploading data to the system, assigning tasks to team members, and maintaining the integrity of our data systems.
In addition, after gaining control over the materials and day to day job, we aim for this specialist to be assigned with the task of managing an out source operation team, which includes setting goals, managing work flow, producing reports and daily management.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Management:
o Accurately enter data from various sources into Excel and the companys database.
o Ensure all data is correctly formatted and aligned with company standards.
o Regularly update and maintain data in the system to ensure it is current and accurate.
Rate Sheet Management:
o File and organize rate sheets from various sources.
o Upload rate sheets to the system, ensuring all rates are accurately captured.
o Verify and cross-check data from rate sheets with existing data in the system.
Team Coordination & Management:
o Assign and manage data-related tasks to team members based on workload and project requirements.
o Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
o Provide training and support to team members on data entry procedures and best practices.
o Oversee and set daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs for the OS team
System Maintenance:
o Regularly audit the system to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate.
o Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
Reporting and Documentation:
o Generate reports based on the data entered into the system.
o Maintain accurate records of data entry activities and updates.
o Document data entry procedures and update them as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry and management, preferably using Excel and database systems.
Strong attention to details and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal both in Hebrew and English.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with data management systems and software.
Familiarity with rate sheet management and data verification processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate reports.
