We are The Enterprise Risk Analyst is part of the Enterprise and Third Party Risk Management function. As an Enterprise Risk Analyst, you will support in assessing, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on various enterprise risk management topics across both financial and non-financial risk areas You will
* Support the team in the preparation of analysis and monitoring of key risk indicators and issues management to identify root causes, trends, and track resolution of identified mitigating actions
* Prepare risk management materials and reports for monthly and quarterly presentations to key stakeholders across the organization
* Perform risk assessment analysis to ensure stakeholder input is captured consistently and in alignment with documented policies and procedures
* Tracking and reporting new product risk assessment actions, including pre- and post- launch conditions/requirements
* Analyze various risk assessments to identify potential themes and help to generate enterprise risk rating views based on defined methodologies
* Support in the development and maintenance of enhanced reporting capabilities for both Enterprise and Third Party Risk Management
* Provide analysis and reporting support as part of internal and external requests
* Support team in key initiatives to ensure delivery of function owned actions are timely and accurate
* Provide analysis and reporting support to key business stakeholders as part of new product/new third party onboarding risk requirements You have Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment – Must
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Risk management at a financial or fintech institution – Must
* 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-moving business environment – Must
* Excellent command of MS Word and Excel Must
