5+ years as a software engineer, 3+ years leading teams.
Hands-on experience with modern web stacks (React, Node.js, Java, .NET Core, or Scala).
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
Proven record of leading projects end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.
A passion for building systems that scale, perform, and make a difference.
(Bonus) Background in cybersecurity, AI, or computer vision.
