As Engineering Team Lead, you will:
Lead a team of strong engineers responsible for core systems that capture data and imports into our company, which includes high scale ingestion systems that integrates with various external data providers.
Lead by example and drive your team to continuously improve and optimize our core systems, maintaining robust and scalable systems, that keeps our raving fans (AKA customers) happy.
Coach, mentor and grow individuals in the team to reach their full potential.
Maintain high observablilty systems for continuously perform and measure impact on production systems.
Push for technical excellence and improvements while balancing product and business requirements.

An experienced team leader (+4 years managing people) with a hands-on approach.
With +10 years of software development experience in the industry, including diverse cloud based technologies (such as Kafka, SQS, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL) and frameworks in the Java ecosystem (a must).
Experienced with large-scale, cloud-based applications.
Holding a degree in computer science or similar (preferred).
Most importantly, a person who enjoys motivating, guiding and growing people.
