Requirements:
2+ years as engineering manager or team lead – with proven experience guiding technical teams through complex product delivery
5+ years as backend or full-stack developer – strong technical foundation to guide architectural decisions and mentor engineers
Enthusiasm for AI and continuous learning – commitment to exploring how AI transforms fraud detection and security is fundamental to our cultre
Strong leadership and communication skills – able to align cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and translate technical complexity into clear outcomes
BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field – solid technical foundation for complex problem-solving
High-scale production system experience – understanding what it takes to build fraud detection that works at millions-of-customers scale
Node, Nest.js, TypeScript experience preferred – familiarity with our core tech stack is a bonus
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
