In this role you'll:
Lead a cross-functional fraud detection squad managing 4 engineers, QA, and product manager to deliver on critical security OKRs
Drive technical strategy for fraud prevention balancing AI-powered detection with seamless customer experience across our platform
Own sprint execution and quarterly planning running bi-weekly cycles that keep us moving fast while maintaining quality and security standards
Collaborate across Platform teams working closely with Product and other engineering squads to ensure fraud solutions integrate smoothly
Mentor and grow your team supporting both professional development and personal growth in a fast-paced, AI-first environment
Foster ownership culture encouraging accountability, continuous improvement, and the builder mindset that defines how we work
Scale fraud systems for millions ensuring our detection capabilities grow with our customer base across US and Europe markets
2+ years as engineering manager or team lead with proven experience guiding technical teams through complex product delivery
5+ years as backend or full-stack developer strong technical foundation to guide architectural decisions and mentor engineers
Enthusiasm for AI and continuous learning commitment to exploring how AI transforms fraud detection and security is fundamental to our culture
Strong leadership and communication skills able to align cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and translate technical complexity into clear outcomes
BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field solid technical foundation for complex problem-solving
High-scale production system experience understanding what it takes to build fraud detection that works at millions-of-customers scale
Node, Nest.js, TypeScript experience preferred familiarity with our core tech stack is a bonus
