The Role:

As Engineering Manager, youll be a technical leader, a team builder, and a strategic partner. Youll guide your team to deliver performance, scalable, and secure software solutions, while shaping culture, structure, and product direction. From technical design to org design, youll have a direct influence on how we work and what we build. Youll work closely with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to turn ambitious ideas into clean, production-ready code – while creating an environment where engineers grow, thrive, and do their best work.

What Youll Actually Be Doing:
* Be both a highly technical contributor and an effective people leader
* Hold your own in technical discussion, be a subject matter expert in a product domain, and have strategic influence Lead team(s) that deliver on multiple projects of increasing dependencies in an ambiguous or high-impact area
* Work with your team and cross functional partners to define and influence strategy
* Drive roadmap creation and execution
* Collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives and have an impact at an organizational level
* Mentor, coach, and grow your direct reports – championing career development and engagement
* Own recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for your team
* Influence engineering-wide culture, org design, and cross-functional collaboration

What You Bring to the Table
* 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
* 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including API design and distributed systems
* Proven track record building and scaling high-volume, web-based solutions
* Strong experience with cloud-native infrastructure, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
* Skilled at building consensus across departments and aligning engineering with business goals
* Experience managing full project lifecycles and technical teams, including performance management
* Excellent communication in English (written and verbal)
