Requirements:
Are you ready to lead innovation and drive development to new heights? We are looking for an exceptional engineering Manager! Responsibilities:
Lead a team of mechanical engineers, Develop and drive development programs,
Understand and translate customer requirements into technical specifications (CDR, PDR),
Mentor and guide team members, Improve processes and lead NPI (New Product Introduction). Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Materials / Electrical Engineering.
Practical experience in managing and leading engineering teams for at least 3 years.
Experience in developing multidisciplinary products.
Knowledge in mechanics, electrical, control, and electronics.
Background in security industry companies is a plus.
Operational experience and background is advantageous.
