Required Engineer for the R&D group (SC)
Description:
We are looking for you, creative, diligent and open-minded, to join our Research and Development group. We develop chemical/electrochemical hybrid systems to demonstrate our novel hydrogen generation technology. As a part of our group, you will be required to find creative and innovative solutions to support leveling up processes, alongside taking part in characterization methods development and study various mechanisms of our electrodes and other related components.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the latest generation of the companys components, electrodes and processes.
Develop and take part in processes related to our systems and machines in order to support the companys next scale up levels.
Lead and take responsibility for varied research projects in diverse disciplines.

Requirements:
Basic qualifications:
M.Sc or PhD in Material science and engineering/Chemistry/Physics/Chemical engineering/ mechanical engineering
2-5 years of experience
Passionate, self-motivated
Strong problem-solving skills
Creativity and open mined
broad systemic vision
Self-learning capabilities
Team player, ability to work and collaborate with other teams
Orderly and methodical
Ability to design and execute experiments
Ability to analyze results and extract the main insights
Preferred qualifications:
Mechanical capabilities working with tools, unafraid of hands-on tasks
Experience working with wet chemistry
Scientific background in electrochemistry
Experience with materials characterization techniques such as SEM, XRD, UV-VIS, Raman spectroscopy.
