The opportunity
Our new team member will be responsible for the management, coordination, support, and carrier of activities within the Modernization project with a focus on communication and data collection from equipment. Also, will support individual modernization Use case projects within TO and performing tasks related to these activities.
How you’ll spend your day
• Works with information systems SAP, Qlick Sense, MES, Glorya, TrackWise, etc.
• Responsible for fulfillment of assigned project tasks and projects.
• Ensures preparation, leading and monitoring of partial projects in collaboration with local and global teams.
• Coordinates and participates in the preparation of the necessary documentation, materials, and schedules for projects.
• Managing assigned projects.
• Communicates on behalf of TCI with global structures and other TEVA networks.
• Implements tasks based on the needs of projects and the operation of the department.
• Support and coordinates the activities of the project team. Managing project team for partial projects.
• Professionally supports, coaches and motivates employees in the department, but also in other departments to increase competencies, efficiency of production equipment and optimize production and support processes / procedures with them.
• Participates in the preparation of the budget to the extent defined by the manager.
• Creates a capacity plan for project activities.
• Complies with GMP, health and safety regulations and internal company regulations.
• Processes documents necessary for the activities of the department, trains them and checks their observance.
