The opportunity
As Employer Branding Marketing Communications Manager, you will plan, execute, and oversee programs that will support the global HR strategy, Employer Branding, as well as the Employer Branding teams’ goals and objectives. To do so, you will partner with HR, the relevant communication partners, stakeholders from across the business, and external vendors.
How you’ll spend your day
Strengthen the Teva employer brand: continuously initiate and support programs to strengthen the Teva Employer Brand, such as the development and roll-out of the updated Employee Value Proposition and support of the Talent Acquisition team.
Manage global campaigns around people/cultural topics and HR processes such as I&D, wellbeing, careers, and annual Employee Survey – from planning campaigns through to creative and design, channel execution, and post-campaign analysis. Working closely with HR, regional communication leads, digital team, etc.
Manage visual creation for various internal and external channels, including intranet site, email banners, posters, screensavers, social media, external website, and more. Always ensure that visuals are created to the highest quality and adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
Responsible for the production of videos to support our employer brand and people stories. Responsibilities include writing a brief, managing the pitch process to ensure we get the best value for Teva, selecting agencies, coordinating and leading the creative process, getting approvals, and rolling out.
Managing budget; managing budget including setting and monitoring quarterly spending, managing invoicing and accruals, POs, etc., Working closely with procurement and vendors to ensure accuracy.
Agency management: manage a number of agencies and build relationships to ensure work is created on time, to budget, and is of the highest quality
