This role requires a blend of creativity, integrated marketing, and project management skills to effectively collaborate with our Brand, HR, and Operations teams.
This role involves PR and brand activities within the Israeli ecosystem, social media management, campaigns to retain and attract talent, organizing events, workshops, and meetups, and monitoring the company's online presence.
The ideal candidate is task-oriented, execution-focused, proficient in writing in Hebrew, and understands the realm of generative AI.
What you will be doing:
Plan and execute initiatives that stand out and generate buzz in the tech ecosystem.
Manage the companys social media accounts (mainly Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and the overall online reputation as an employer of choice.
Oversee all employer branding platforms, such as Glassdoor, Duns100, and Great Place To Work, engaging employees and leveraging unique stories and experiences to enhance our candidate pipeline and employee retention.
Research and plan strategic events, collaborating with PR and our Design teams to bring about industry recognition.
Work with our external Israeli PR agency to develop stories and thought leadership initiatives directly with employees, recruiters, and leaders within the company.
Attend all company-wide local events and other opportunities to produce content that reflects our unique culture and DNA.
Collaborate with the HR team to create inclusion-focused content and targeted marketing campaigns aimed at attracting diverse talent groups.

Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years experience in marketing roles.
2 years of experience in employer brand roles- strong advantage
Proven hands-on experience in content creation, messaging, brand awareness, campaigns, email marketing, and events.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Experience with social media content and basic knowledge in performance marketing.
Basic understanding of data and conversion optimization.
Ability to lead and execute large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders independently.
A genuine interest in HR, recruiting, and employer branding.
Creativity and a passion for AI innovation.
