Were looking for an Employee Experience Team Lead for IL to manage the Employee Experience Specialists Team and to create and execute a best-in-class strategy that will promote a supportive work environment for all our employees. This role will report to our VP of Employee Experience and Operations in our Tel Aviv office.
Your role as Employee Experience Team Lead means your daily responsibilities will include:
Create, plan, and execute the yearly strategic and operational Employee Experience work plan.
Manage a team of Employee Experience Specialists in our IL office (3 employees)
Lead and deliver end to-end activities, company events, and local programs
Support the life cycle of employees, including onboarding, employee life events, and more.
Collaborate with the HR team and other business stakeholders to align initiatives and foster a positive company culture and employee experience.
Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of the Employee Experience team.
Maintain ownership of annual Employee Experience budget and planning.

5+ years in employee experience roles
3 years of management experience ,experience managing projects end to end with a demonstrated history of successful employee experience initiatives
Ability to manage budget and multiple projects
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across global organization
Experience working for global High-Tech company- strongly preferred
Creative out of the box thinker
Fluent English (a must)
This job requires 5 in-office days per week.
