As an Employee Experience & Office coordinator you’ll be a vital part of our People Operations team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our beautiful Tel Aviv office and creating an exceptional environment for our team.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining administrative and operational best practices to ensure smooth office operations, as well as managing end-to-end execution of employee experience projects and company events.
What Youll Do:
Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management, supplies, maintenance, and serving as the primary point of contact for office-related matters.
Plan, create, and execute employee experience projects and company events, including holidays, celebrations, team-building activities, and more, while thinking innovatively to maximize engagement and strengthen employees connection to our company.
Coordinate with the accounting department regarding invoices, billings, and expenses to ensure smooth financial operations.
Create cross-organizational collaborations with Finance, Legal, HR, and IT departments, as well as external suppliers, to enhance overall office and employee experience.
Take an active part in the planning and execution of the company’s well-being activities to promote a healthy work environment.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in office management, and employee experience roles- MUST.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on executing flawless processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work 5 days a week from our Tel Aviv office.
