The role consists of:
Leading a team for the development of an Embedded system in C ++ in a Linux and Windows environment from end to end in HO integration
Engaging in all phases of software development: characterization and involvement in system engineering, requirements definition and management, interfaces, software design, implementation, proof and integration in software/hardware integrated systems and other disciplines
Challenging work while learning and implementing new technologies for future projects

Requirements:
B.Sc in Computer Science /software engineering/computer engineering/electrical engineering – mandatory
4+ years of experience in software development for communication systems (IP/ RF )
About 3 years of practical experience in leading/managing a development team and motivating employees
Ability to work with several groups in several different sites
Experience in leading several projects at the same time
Systemic vision, the ability to solve engineering problems and present them at work in a changing environment using project assets – Open Source
Experience with ALM tools (Git, Azure DevOps ) for development management (configuration management, tasks, requirements, faults and tests)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
High self-learning ability, assimilation of and understanding of existing Legacy code and quick entry into new topics
