Were looking for someone who is technically proficient in email marketing and newsletter management, and who is creative, data-driven, and customer-centric. This role will support marketing managers to enhance their email marketing strategies while focusing on email deliverability and database segmentation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, HTML/CSS, audience segmentation, and data analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Owning the end-to-end email program, including planning A/B tests, designing, building and QAing the send template, and pulling and analyzing results every week.
Optimizing email marketing performance and engagement.
Being the technical and operational expert on safe send practices and maintenance. IP reputation management experience is highly preferred.
Designing and leading an ongoing email marketing optimization process, combining both creative thinking, with data analytics and test results.
Communicating the plan on a quarterly and weekly basis to relevant stakeholders across our marketing and customer success.
Measuring the success of campaigns and improving email engagements, conversion rates and deliverability rates.

Native English speaker
Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
In-depth knowledge of email compliance laws and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
Experience with email deliverability tools and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Knowledge of HTML at the intermediate level
