Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies for Ecommerce verticals with a focus on fashion & general merchandise, emphasizing online user behavior, acquisition techniques, and retargeting of new and existing users.
* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify growth opportunities, using these insights to drive effective user acquisition and retention strategies.
* Manage and optimize online marketing channels, prioritizing metrics and performance analysis to adjust strategies as needed.
* Continuously enhance the customer journey on the company platform through A/B testing and user feedback, aiming to improve User Experience and conversion rates.

* At least 4 years of experience in a B2C Ecommerce business, showcasing expertise in understanding and leveraging online user behavior, acquisition strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.
* A proven track record in developing and executing successful Ecommerce marketing activity.
* Strong analytical skills and a data -driven mindset, experienced in using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.
