Required E-COMMERCE MARKETING LEAD
As the E-commerce Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our progression into the e-commerce landscape (non food). Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for ecommerce verticals with a focus on fashion & general merchandise, emphasizing online user behavior, acquisition techniques, and retargeting of new and existing users.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to identify growth opportunities, using these insights to drive effective user acquisition and retention strategies.
Manage and optimize online marketing channels, prioritizing metrics and performance analysis to adjust strategies as needed.
Continuously enhance the customer journey on the platform through A/B testing and user feedback, aiming to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, experienced in using analytics tools to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance.
At least 4 years of experience in a B2C ecommerce business, showcasing expertise in understanding and leveraging online user behavior, acquisition strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.
