– Spearheaded the creation and implementation of integrated, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns spanning brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
– Utilize advanced marketing automation to create sophisticated customer journeys and support a robust lead generation pipeline.
– Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling, scientifically accurate content across all digital channels, collaborating closely with product management and other key stakeholders.
– Drive the continuous improvement of the Alomone Labs website, focusing on scientific content, design, SEO, and inbound marketing strategies to boost organic traffic and sales.
– Implement data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging A/B testing and other optimization strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.
– Manage substantial marketing budgets, balancing experimentation with proven strategies to achieve cost-efficient scale.
– Lead and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering innovation and excellence.
– Collaborate with global professionals, distributors, and subcontractors to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all markets.
Location: Jerusalem, Israel
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of successful experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, with a proven track record in the life sciences industry.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools, including Pardot, Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, and AdWords.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital strategies that have significantly impacted business growth and market position.
Strong leadership experience, including managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
Proven ability to work effectively with C-level executives and cross-functional teams on both technical and non-technical projects.
Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
Experience in managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing budgets with a focus on ROI.
