Conduct site surveys
Develop and approve design, working documentation for repair and construction of buildings, structures and their individual elements
Perform preliminary calculations of bearing capacity of structural elements and structures, develop technical solutions for certain tasks
Participate in the calculation of estimates for projects
Adjust and improve solutions in the company's ongoing projects
Reduce material and financial costs in the estimating of projects
Visit the objects to develop technical solutions
Organize the work of the project team
Control the scope and quality of work in accordance with the project documentation
Analyze the competitive environment by types of works and directions of the company's operations
To carry out technical supervision over the work of the construction, performed by the company's own forces or by a subcontractor

Requirements:
What we expect from you
Experience in construction (possibly a student in the final year of construction college or a graduate).
Skill in using Autocad, MS Office products.
Organization and maintenance of the document flow of the project
Drawing up technical specifications (together with the chief engineer)
Acceptance of works, photo fixation, activation.
Knowledge of Russian language and English (B2 level), knowledge of Hebrew.
Knowledge of normative documentation, technical regulations and current legislation in construction
On what terms we will interact
Income level: salary – initial rate of 10-12 thousand shekels.
A premium after the probationary period.
Premium once a year.
You can choose your own work schedule (from 9:00 to 18:00, or from 10:00 to 19:00).
