We are seeking a DONOR AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS MANAGER.
Managing work processes and ongoing activities to promote and cultivate our relationships with major Jewish federations, foundations, organizations, and private donors.
Ongoing assistance and support in the activities of the resource development teams (fundraisers and netzigim) who are in direct contact with the federations and donors, as well as personally maintaining direct contact with the federations and donors, if necessary.
Managing connections between resource development teams (fundraisers and netzigim) and the FRD Units support teams, including the missions team, writing team, and sales strategy team.
Managing the processes of written materials dedicated to specific donors, through ongoing work with the writing team, including proposals, reports, and other materials.
Managing direct contact and coordinating the processes to promote and cultivate our connections and relationships directly with Jewish communities and federations in which we have no netzigim or fundraisers.
Working with the sales strategy team to share and provide relevant information to the federations, as well as developing a joint sales strategy for those communities and federations in which we have no netzigim or fundraisers.
Coordinating the needs and preparation processes for mission visits, through ongoing work with the missions team staff, including accompanying donors and donor representatives on visits to our programs in Israel (and abroad as needed), briefing missions, presenting, and working with groups.
Entering and managing information in the CRM systems, including new donor profiles, updating donor profiles, engagement with the donor, etc.
Perform additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:
BA in a relevant field required.
Knowledge and familiarity with the Jewish philanthropic landscape in North America required.
Experience in working in support positions for fundraising and managing donor relationships in the world of Jewish philanthropy advantage.
Employment experience in managing several different assignments and processes in a matrix structure advantage.
Mother-tongue level English including excellent writing and verbal skills, and high-level Hebrew required.
Ability to work with Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Personality traits: Creative, highly organized, self-motivated, and independent. Ability to work in a team and to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable speaking in public.
The position requires traveling throughout the country. A driver's license is required.
