As a Director of Product, you will:
Hire, train, and manage product managers, designers, and UX writers
Develop and regularly communicate the product strategy, and roadmap to the organization and external stakeholders
Engage customers on a regular basis, understand their needs, and continuously validate ideas/hypotheses
Develop processes for collecting product feedback and communicating product changes, both internally and externally
Establish and document the process of turning ideas into features/products (from goal setting, alignment, and prioritization to deliverables)
Reinforce our culture of balancing data-driven and vision-driven decision-making – track and monitor new features and measure their impact
Work closely with R&D managers on planning, priorities, and cross-team processes
Attend leadership meetings and represent the product department
