What youll be spending your time on:
Develop and execute strategies to improve user retention across all products.
Analyze retention KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement retention-focused initiatives, working with product management, GTM, design, and marketing teams.
Design and conduct strategic experiments aimed at improving user retention, using data-driven approaches to measure and iterate on results.
Establish and maintain a deep understanding of our users, their needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Work closely with data analysts to gather insights and develop actionable recommendations.
Monitor industry trends and best practices related to user retention and growth, incorporating relevant insights into our strategies.
Provide regular updates and reports on retention performance to senior leadership.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management/growth with a proven track record of improving user retention.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for understanding user behavior and finding innovative solutions to improve user retention.
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, and analytics tools.
