Financial Accountability: – Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to small business solutions to assess product performance and take corrective actions as necessary.

– 4+ years of experience in people management and a total of 8+ years in product management, consulting, co-founder, or technical experience. – Proven experience in a leadership role within product management, preferably with a focus on developing tools for small businesses. – Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and the unique challenges and opportunities for small businesses. – Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different teams. – Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth. – Experience in data analysis and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring product performance and user engagement. – Ability to collaborate, solve ambiguous problems, and think innovatively. – Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or Ph.D. in a technology or business-related field is a plus. – Experience in SMB, B2B, and API messaging solutions domains is a plus.
