We are looking for a Product Marketing Director for the Aesthetics Business, which includes a broad portfolio of leading solutions in the market as well as an exciting innovation pipeline. The Product Marketing Director will be responsible for driving the business growth of the assigned product portfolio and oversee the 360 product marketing aspects of the products.
Key responsibilities:
Establish the vision and strategic plan for the assigned product segment
Own and lead all business and product marketing aspects of the assigned product segment including product development, marketing, business development and more
Drive the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market – responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and New Product Introductions (NPI)
Define and lead appropriate market segmentation and positioning strategies and related marketing plan for the assigned product segment in each one of the geographical regions we operate in
Work closely with commercial and regional marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market programs as well as pricing and positioning strategies
Develop, execute, and motivate others on strategies, tactics, measurements, and operating mechanisms to deliver business results
Coordinating activities in a multi-functional organization; including marketing, sales, operations, engineering, and services teams, while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers as required and ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected in all work processes.

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration
MBA from a leading institution – advantage
4-6 years of hands-on experience in product marketing and product development a must; preferably in the field of medical devices and/or biotech
Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen – advantage
Proven ability to work globally; willingness to travel 25% of the time on average
Excellent command of MS Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook)
Native English speaker – preferred. Additional languages would be considered an advantage
Superb presentations skills (in English)
Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and externally
