Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence and
secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Proven experience in outreach and partnerships, with a track record of
developing successful collaborations and driving repeatable sales growth.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability
to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with the ability
to align partnership activities with broader marketing objectives.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use insights to
drive decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.
Strong networking abilities, with a wide network of industry contacts and
the ability to identify and engage new partners effectively.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & LICENSING REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work collaboratively in a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial
environment, while effectively multi-tasking and managing relationships
with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in business administration, Law or a related field. A
masters degree is preferred.
7+ years of experience in outreach, partnerships, or a related field, with a
proven track record of success across geographies preference to Europe
and APAC
Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of the Telematics or IoT industry and market trends,
with a deep understanding of partnership development and management.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing outreach strategies
and managing partnership programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
present complex ideas and concepts effectively. English Fluency a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-
driven decisions.
