Were looking for a marketing director with a strong business understanding and a proven track record of go-to-market strategy, product, and brand marketing. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our go-to-market strategies, enhancing our brand, and driving business outcomes.
What youll do:
Strategy Development: Translate company objectives into a comprehensive marketing strategy across awareness, acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Brand Management: Own the overall story and perception around the brand through all customer interactions and tailored campaigns.
Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the ideation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, events, webinars, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and support teams to improve engagement and conversion metrics throughout the funnel and ensure a unified customer journey.
Identify Revenue Opportunities: Strategize and act on revenue opportunities, such as new use cases, pricing, packaging, features, or audience segments.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Promote a culture of high achievement, continuous learning, and collaboration.
8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience with both self-serve and sales-assisted go-to-market motions
You understand hyper-growth and are not afraid to set high standards and aggressive goals
Analytical and creative problem-solver with the ability to deeply understand the customer context and translate this into clear, concise, and creative output
Storyteller (verbal and written) with a strong understanding of creative, content, and community engagement.
