As the Director of Global Organizational Development, you will be responsible for taking our People team's impact to the next level.
You will play a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values, continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers and employees.
Your role will include ownership over onboarding, engaging, growing, driving changes with impact, and developing our people and leaders.
You will be initiating cross-organizational processes and leading initiatives to best support the teams development and growth.
This role reports to the VP of People based in Israel.

Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in Organizational Development roles in a tech environment.
Experience working at consulting firms and/or as a People Business Partner in tech companies- a major advantage.
Experience in a global startup organization (SaaS B2B is ideal), where youve seen what success looks like.
Demonstrated success leading OD initiatives and driving change in a global environment.
Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
Always willing to 'roll up your sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done
Experienced in coaching leaders and employees.
Bachelors degree and masters in psychology, organizational consulting, HR, or a relevant field.
Fluent in English.
