– Handle financial statements and forecasting of a global company with international subsidiaries
– Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
– Manage and mentor the finance team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
– Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with external financial institutions.
– Oversee treasury management functions, including cash flow forecasting and risk management.
– Prepare and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.
– Manage all aspects of the tax function, ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
– Support month-end and year-end close process

Requirements:
– CPA with Big 4 experience
US GAAP and international tax experience
– Proven working experience as a financial controller of at least 5 years in a high-tech company
– Team player with managerial experience of at least 4 years.
– Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
– Exceptional work ethic and interpersonal skills
– Fluent English skills – verbal and written
– Proficient in Word and Excel master
