This role requires collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, high technical competency, the ability to initiate and drive processes, manage projects under time constraints, and most importantly keep our team members challenged and engaged.
Requirements:
8+ years in a software development role, designing and building distributed scalable systems
4+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, preferably in SaaS companies
2+ years of experience as a group manager or a director role – an advantage
Deep understanding of distributed systems, and ability to lead technical aspects, projects, and people.
Truly great communication skills
Track record of driving projects and "making things happen"
High proficiency in English
