We are looking for an experienced, strategic product management Director with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in all aspects of product lifecycle management, great interpersonal skills, and significant expertise in cybersecurity and IT security, enterprise software and cybersecurity solutions.
The candidate must be able to manage the products under their responsibility like a business and be passionate about building best-in-class products that drive company success and have lasting impact in the market.
The position will report to VP of Product (located in Israel)
Responsibilities:
Lead several teams of strong product managers focused on Cloud Data Security and the DSPM market, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Define the product roadmap and strategy, guiding the team towards innovative solutions.
Manage all lifecycle stages for an innovative SaaS B2B product
Working hands-on with product managers, UX designers, and engineering managers as part of a cross-functional product team
Continuously analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive information
Communicating the product roadmap, both inside and with customers and prospect
Engaging with customers, prospects, and users to get their feedback, discuss their challenges, and gain a full understanding of their needs
Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Professional services, Customer Success, Support) to understand their needs and refine roadmap
Initiate and work with technology partners to foster better-together solutions
Drive product launches along with marketing, sales, and other product and project managers.
