we are seeking a highly experienced HR Director to join our HR team in Israel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background both as HRBP and in Learning and Development, to be able to drive L&D strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to senior management on HR-related matters
Create HR initiatives that have a business impact and provide support, coaching, and consoles to managers of all levels
Partner with the global HR team to execute global HR programs
Design, implement, and oversee Learning and Development (L&D) programs.
Identify training needs and create solutions to improve employee skills and performance.
Drive people processes and ensure compliance with global and local practices and policies
Measure the impact of L&D initiatives and continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcomes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Director
Experience working in complex, matrixed, and global environments in Tech organizations
Previous experience in partnering with senior managers to build strong relationships and drive an HR strategy
Familiarity with best practices for people processes and experience in coaching managers through these processes and leading these practices when necessary
Ability to solve both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic approach
Team player, execution-focused, innovative, open-minded, resilient, energetic, and dynamic
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Expertise in Learning and Development, including identifying training needs, designing programs, and measuring their effectiveness.
