The opportunity
Teva has made a commitment to be a leader in biosimilars. The Director, Biosimilars Inline Management – Oncology position is critical in helping to build and manage Teva’s biosimilar franchise. The position leads the inline business, currently consisting of two established oncology biosimilar brands TRUXIMA® and HERZUMA®. The position manages the P&L and ensures late life cycle success through strategic efforts guided by in depth understanding of reimbursement dynamics
Location: This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in office) based in our Parsippany, NJ office.

Leads inline brand management for TRUXIMA and HERZUMA, two oncology buy-and-bill biosimilars
Manages P&L focusing on revenue stabilization and gross-to-net optimization
Leads relaunch efforts on HERZUMA
Applies strategies to establish long-term sustainability considering pricing, reimbursement, customer mix and 340b dynamics
Is an expert in ASP reimbursement dynamics
Understands needs and dynamics of key customers such as GPOs (clinic/hospital), 340b, payers
Collaborates on marketing plan and tactics with marketing operations for TRUXIMA and HERZUMA
Collaborates with the matrix biosimilars marketing team as well as with the wider cross-functional team to deliver on set objectives
Drives performance tracking and market research to support inline products in collaboration with the insights/data team, analyzes market data and information and makes informed decisions
Supports Business Development assessments for inline opportunities
Understands and stays up to date with biosimilar policy matters and supports Teva’s government affairs teams in driving policy changes as well as collaborates with other biosimilars marketing leaders incorporating key policy (e.g. IRA)
Aligns organizationally and individually with internal and external codes of conduct
