We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our CRM division You will manage projects, gather requirements, create business specifications, and work closely with internal stakeholders and analysis teams. As part of your role, you will integrate into the Customer Journey team, overseeing all systems related to the end-customer, including portals and websites.
* Manage digital projects from initiation to delivery.
* Gather and document business requirements from internal clients (service center, sales, customer teams).
* Write detailed business specifications.
* Work directly with analysis teams to ensure accurate implementation.
* Collaborate with the Customer Journey team on systems related to the end- Customer Experience.
