looking for a proactive Digital, Marketing & Communications Manager to own day-to-day marketing and communications execution and translate existing strategy into consistent, high-quality market output. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, with responsibility across digital marketing, broader marketing activity, and communications. Digital campaigns and performance-driven activity will be the primary focus, alongside maintaining clear, coherent messaging across the company. Digital channels are the main engine for impact in this role, with a strong emphasis on driving relevant audiences to clear calls to action, including website engagement, sign-ups, and product interaction. The role works in close partnership with the VP of operations and marketing and with the CMO on positioning, narrative evolution, and major initiatives. You will be trusted with pace and accountability and will be expected to deliver. You are expected to actively identify and leverage modern, relevant AI-driven tools and workflows across marketing and communications, from content creation and research to distribution, analysis, and optimisation, and to stay current as tools and practices continue to evolve.
