Responsibilities:
* Lead an independent business squad including Media, Client Management, and additional professional teams.
* Own the strategic and marketing dialogue with client C-Level executives, maintaining a holistic view of their entire digital ecosystem.
* Build annual and multi-year digital roadmaps, integrating innovation, market trends, and emerging technologies.
* Expand and optimize client portfolios through Upsell / Cross-sell opportunities and effective business pipeline management.
* Lead strategic presentations, business proposals, and cross-disciplinary marketing projects.
* Manage and develop the internal team (senior and junior members), including structured 1:1s and team routines.
* Analyze reports and data to extract actionable business and marketing insights.
* At least 5 years of Hands-on experience in Campaign Management / PPC, with proven growth into a senior strategic and business leadership role.
* Proven managerial experience in a digital agency, consulting firm, or large organization.
* Strong business and marketing acumen with the ability to lead strategic discussions with senior executives.
* Deep understanding of media, data, and performance disciplines, advantage for experience in the financial sector.
* Solid grasp of cross-disciplinary workflows (SEO, Creative, Content, Data).
* High proficiency in digital tools: Asana, Data+, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides.
* High AI literacy and practical experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Native Hebrew- required.
