The position of the DevOps Tech Lead is a central and important position in the team. reports directly to the Head of DevOps with real responsibility and chance to implement your vision.
Responsibilities
Design and Implement infrastructure for effective, high quality, reliable development and release processes.
Assist in the management and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and services.
Take lead in technical and architectural decisions, driving best practices and alignment across teams.
Contribute in designing new solutions and improving existing solutions in all DevOps related process, like:
CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Argo)
IAC (Terraform) processes
Deployment infrastructure for our containerized (docker) services
Observability
Testing Automation
Help the team to learn and grow.

Requirements:
5 years (minimum) of experience as a Devops Engineer
1 year (minimum) of experience as a tech lead
Hands on experience with K8S (EKS preferred), Docker, Terraform, Helm
Hands on experience with one of the major cloud providers, preferably aws
Strong design and debugging skills
Strong Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, etc..)
Experience in the implementation of CI/CD pipelines: Jenkins/GitHub Actions/AzureDevops/GitLabs or similar
A peoples person
Working with consumer scale production environments – Advantage
IT background/software development experience/support center experience – Advantage.
