The Cloud Engineering group is looking for a passionate, talented, and strong Team Lead to manage and shape the SaaS platform architecture and infrastructure that delivers our Liquid Software vision to thousands of organizations across all major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, & Azure). You will lead a team of highly skilled, passionate DevOps engineers building cloud-native infrastructure to smoothly run our systems and automate all aspects of our engineering platform. You should be driven by technology and enjoy automation, while being passionate about customer satisfaction.
As a DevOps Team Lead , you will:
Provide guidance, mentorship, and instruction to the DevOps team. Establish values such as collaboration, communication, service consciousness, motivation, etc
Define, implement, and manage our DevOps strategy, goals, and roadmap working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Improve DevOps processes, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation or optimization, and implement the solutions
Design, deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes-based environments for applications
Establish monitoring to proactively identify and address issues in production environments
Collaborate closely with various teams, such as R&D, Product, FinOps, Support, and the CTO office, and work closely with Security teams to ensure that DevOps practices adhere to security standards and compliance requirements
Participate in Product discussions, influence the roadmap, and make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all cloud platform initiatives

3+ years of experience managing a team of DevOps engineers in an Agile environment
Vast knowledge in managing Kubernetes services
Experience working on Production environments taking into consideration customer uptime, disaster recovery plans, & incident troubleshooting
Proven experience in managing Observability tools such as monitoring platforms (e.g Prometheus, Grafana etc.), logging solutions (e.g ELK stack, Coralogix etc.), APM (e.g New Relic), and distributed tracing to provide insights into system and application behavior
Strong track record of working with one of the major cloud providers – AWS, GCP, or Azure
3+ years of experience managing a team of DevOps engineers in an Agile environment
