In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
Drive the teams strategic direction in alignment with company goals and engineering needs.
Oversee AWS infrastructure design, provisioning, and optimization.
Collaborate with Security department on DevSecOps initiatives.
Utilize AI to improve team velocity
Own and operate global services such as DNS, S3, CloudFront, and certificate management.

Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with expertise in AWS cloud environments in high scale SaaS environments.
2+ years of experience managing or leading DevOps/Infrastructure teams
Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudFront, R53, IAM, VPC, Control Tower etc.)
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and automation tools (CI/CD)
Design and maintain cloud networking (VPCs, transit gateways, peering, routing).
Experience with identity & access management, certificate management, and cloud networking
Proven experience in cloud security operations and enforcing compliance
Knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS and Helm.
Familiarity with AI concepts and day to day usage to improve velocity of the team.
