What your day will look like:
As the Team Leader for the Production Team, you will spearhead a team dedicated to Operations and to the development and maintenance of our platform’s boot and deployment process.
This includes delivering Installations, upgrade and patches on a weekly basis and providing tools to better do so.
On the development side you will be responsible for the orchestration of our product into an appliance (OVA), administration of the underlying Linux OS, management of host services, and overseeing our primary containerization engine (Docker) that powers the application.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of proven experience with Linux system administration in multiple Linux distributions (e.g Ubuntu, Redhat, CentOS)
Experience with containerized environments – Docker-Compose, K8s.
Proficient in networking principles – TCP / IP, routing, ip-tables.
Hands-on dev experience in one or more programming languages – Python, Golang, etc.
Experience with CI/CD methodologies.
Experience with Virtualization technologies.
Exceptional teamwork skills combined with the ability to work autonomously.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with AWS.
Experience in optimizing Linux production environments for performance – e.g. Swappiness policies, FS, Disks.
Experience with configuration management systems like Ansible – Advantage.
