What your day will look like:
As an DevOps operations engineer, you will lead crucial production Operations on our customers and be responsible for delivering us to our customers.
This includes delivering Installations, Upgrades & Patches on a weekly basis and providing tools to better do so.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for operational procedures of thousands of environments, both SAAS and on-prem, supporting our vision at scale
Write scripts and automations for supporting and delivering.
Monitor system processes to identify potential issues early, research and troubleshoot problems, collaborate with R&D to develop solutions, and improve our monitoring systems.
Actively participate in incident management efforts while contributing to continuous improvements in R&D processes. Diligently track key metrics and maintain proactive oversight to ensure sustained optimization.
Develop and implement monitoring tools and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of systems.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

1-2 years of proven experience with Linux system administration in multiple Linux distributions (e.g Ubuntu, Redhat, CentOS)
Experience with configuration management systems like Ansible – Advantage
Exceptional teamwork skills combined with the ability to work autonomously.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with containerized environments – Docker-Compose, K8s.
Hands-on dev experience in one or more programming languages – Python, Golang, etc.
