The MSPM group develop cutting-edge BCD technologies, working in partnership with several manufacturing sites and a diverse range of customers
Primary Responsibilities:
As a lab engineer, your primary focus will be to work alongside device engineers to electrically characterize the various semiconductor devices developed by the group. In addition to providing high-quality measurements, you will share responsibility for the measurement equipment in the device lab, including both automatic and manual probe stations (equipped with semiconductor parameter analyzers), as well as some specialized equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Support wafer-level & packed level device characterization.
– Work with the device & process engineers on new technologies.
– Operate and maintain electrical test equipment and software
– Develop new test systems for advanced device characterization.
