* Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering their growth and maximizing team productivity
* Oversee the technical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
* Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
* Contribute to architectural decisions and technology choices for new and existing projects
* Implement and maintain development processes and methodologies

* Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
