We are looking for a Development and Communications Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of communications and fundraising plans, including newsletters, social media, speaking engagements, and fundraising trips.
* Write grant proposals, reports and resources for external partners.
* Research potential new avenues for income generation.
* Provide administrative support to our development team.
* Maintain the organizations CRM system.
* Support the staff in designing and distributing marketing and communications materials for programs and events.
* Scope of Work:
* This is a part time (50-75%) position with opportunities for growth and professional
* development.
* The salary scale will be based on a 9000 NIS/month full-time gross salary.
* This position works closely with the CEO and reports directly to the CSO.
* The candidate must be available to work in person in Jerusalem and be available for occasional evening meetings via zoom or in person, and a once annual trip abroad.

* Passion for our mission to build capacity for sustainable and scalable peacebuilding between Israelis and Palestinians
* Excellent written English, high-level spoken Arabic and/or Hebrew
* Calm demeanor and ability to manage diverse tasks in a dynamic environment
* Experience in fundraising and communications
* Strong teamwork skills, including in a multinational, multicultural team
* CRM and data management experience
