Courier Support: Assist couriers with any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring they have the information and resources needed to complete deliveries efficiently.
Dispatch Coordination: Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient delivery scheduling and routing.
Professionalism: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, representing Gett Delivery in a positive light.
Requirements
Ensure that all orders are picked up or assigned to a Gett courier.
Liaise with the clients when their order is delayed.
Record any inquiries or complaints from couriers and clients.
Knowledge and awareness to all processes and procedures.
Proactively refresh your knowledge of the latest technological updates to the dispatch systems and courier units.
Availability to a minimum of 4 shifts a week during the following time slots:
Sunday to Thursday: 08.00 16.00 and 15.00 23.00.
Friday: 08.00 16.00
